Finout's MegaBill now allows users to seamlessly toggle between cost and usage data views within the same dashboard. Users can now compare and analyze how resource consumption impacts their cloud spend on the fly in a single view.
Using a MegaBill key for Virtual Tags rule segmentation
Virtual Tags offer advanced functionality in the tagging section, enabling users to choose any key from the MegaBill to create rule segmentations that include all populated values. This update makes Virtual Tags more flexible, allowing you to create multiple values simultaneously instead of segmenting a rule to a single value.
Custom cost allocation is an additional strategy within the Shared Cost feature designed to help you tackle showback challenges. This strategy simplifies the process of sharing costs by dividing them among all involved values and offers the flexibility to customize allocation percentages, ensuring accurate cost distribution.
Finout's reporting feature now includes PDF format! You can send detailed, FinOps reports as PDFs via Slack or Email, allowing you to gain insights into usage and spend patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making about cloud resources.
Oracle Cloud integration - Beta
